We absolutely loved this place. It's located in a quiet, secure neighborhood on the edge of La Croix-Valmer, offering a wonderful sense of privacy without feeling isolated. The neighbors were very discreet. The property has plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, with benches, hammocks, and one of the best pools we've ever had at a holiday rental in the South of France. I'll especially miss my early morning and late evening swims. There's a pleasant walking path to the beach, where you'll find beautiful, clear water and several excellent local restaurants. The interior is spacious and full of authentic 1960s charm. I'd recommend it to anyone who appreciates character and authenticity over ultra-modern luxury. We would definitely stay here again.

Superb location! Very practical house with amenities like at home. Big surprise was huge stand up paddle and petanque field. Pool is also very large and high quality. We stayed towards end of September, the best time to stay! Sea was warm and all restaurants and little shop just 5min.walk is still open. You can walk every morning to get fresh pastries. Who is AmaniHost?
AmaniHost is a private concierge and holiday-rental management service based in La Croix-Valmer, in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It is a family business founded by Roméo Amaniera, who lives here all year, and Simon Amaniera, who leads strategy and digital. We look after second homes from end to end: welcoming guests, cleaning, linen, maintenance and listing optimisation.
What kind of properties do you manage?
Only villas with a pool in La Croix-Valmer and Cavalaire-sur-Mer, selected for their location, quality and rental potential. Focusing on villas lets us deliver a high-end service suited to these homes and their guests.
Where do you operate?
In La Croix-Valmer, including Gigaro, Sylvabelle and Barbigoua, and in Cavalaire-sur-Mer. Staying within this area means we can be at your gate within minutes.
What does the concierge service include?
Guest check-in and check-out, professional cleaning between stays, laundry, property checks, guest assistance seven days a week and consumables. We also create and run your Airbnb and Abritel listings: copywriting, professional and drone photography, calendars and pricing.
Do you offer tailored services for guests?
Yes: boat trips and yacht days, private chef, airport transfers, grocery shopping before arrival, sports coaching and wellness, children’s equipment and private events.
How are your fees calculated?
The full-service package is a percentage of the rental revenue including VAT, from 15% depending on the services included, excluding cleaning, linen and tourist tax. Every fee is set out in the contract, with no hidden costs.
