Maintenance
Coordination of the pool technician, gardener and tradespeople, fast response to breakdowns, and preparation of the villa before your own arrival.
Reporting
A report after every stay and an end-of-season review: occupancy, income, work carried out and what needs planning.

First contact
Through the form, by phone or on WhatsApp. Tell us about your villa and what you expect.
The visit
We come to see the house as a whole and understand what you want for it.
The proposal
Within 48 hours, a detailed proposal with the rental assessment: occupancy, expected income, pricing recommendations.
Taking over
Photos and drone shots, linen and equipment inventory, listings, welcome booklet. Your villa is ready for the season.
Simple fees.
From 15% of the rental revenue including VAT, depending on the services included.
Excluding cleaning, linen and tourist tax. Every fee is set out in your contract in advance, with no hidden costs. The rental assessment is free.

Which properties do you accept?
Only villas with a pool in La Croix-Valmer, Gigaro or Cavalaire-sur-Mer, selected for their location, quality and rental potential. We do not manage apartments.
Can I keep control of my calendar?
Yes. We act as co-host on the platforms: you keep your account and block the dates you want to use yourself, at any time.
How are cancellations handled?
We apply the policy you chose, flexible, moderate or strict. If a booking is cancelled, we tell you straight away and relaunch the marketing.
Do I need a permit to rent?
In some towns, registration with the town hall is required. We help you with the paperwork.
Are you available outside the season?
Our activity is concentrated from April to October. The rest of the year, we remain available for one-off visits and coordinating tradespeople.
