Before you arrive
The villa’s welcome booklet, directions and a direct contact. On request, we do the shopping and prepare the house the way you like it.
Arrival
From 5 pm, a member of the team welcomes you, shows you around the villa and hands you the keys in person.
During your stay
A question, a recommendation, a technical issue: we answer seven days a week and come over if needed.
Departure
Before 10 am. A simple check-out, and your deposit released quickly.
