La Croix-Valmer, between vineyards and coves.
In the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, away from the bustle of the neighbouring resorts, a Provençal village surrounded by some of the finest beaches in the Var.
Gigaro beach.
Between Mediterranean scrubland and turquoise water, Gigaro is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Var coast, a few minutes from our villas.
It stretches for 1.5 km of golden sand, lined by pine woods and the wild hills of Cap Lardier, within the Port-Cros National Park area. It is the starting point of the coastal path linking hidden coves, cliffs and forests.
Swimming is supervised from June to September, with showers, toilets and accessible access on the beach, and restaurants nearby. Paddle boarding, kayaking and an underwater snorkelling trail along the rocky shallows complete the day.

The village.
The Sunday market
Every Sunday from 8 am to 1 pm, all year round, the Provençal market fills the village centre, with up to 170 stalls in high season: seasonal produce, goat’s cheese, fresh fish, olives, honey, local wines and crafts. From late June to late August, a craft night market runs every Thursday from 4 pm at the Forum René Rinaudo.
Nature and vineyards
Gigaro, protected by the Conservatoire du littoral, and the discreet cove of Sylvabelle line the coast, while the hills invite you to walk towards Cap Lardier. The estates around the village produce elegant Côtes de Provence rosés, and many offer tastings and vineyard visits.
A base to explore the gulf
Ramatuelle and its beaches, the hilltop village of Gassin and the lanes of Saint-Tropez are less than 20 minutes away by car.
